Chicken & Veggie Bake

Serves:

5-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast cut into strips

  • 2 TBSP of your favorite seasoning

  • 1 TBSP Salt, Parsley

  • 2 TSP Salt

  • 1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Dry Sweet Basil\

  • 2 Cups Mushrooms, Broccoli

  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Garlic

  • 1 Cup Sweet Corn

  • 3 Cups Spinach

  • 2 TBSP Flour, 2 TBSP Butter

  • 16 OZ/ 2 Cups Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese for topping

Instructions:

  1. Add your favorite seasoning to Chicken Strips.

  2. Add oil to a pan and bring heat to medium-high.

  3. Cook chicken until internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Set Chicken Aside

  5. In the same pan add mushrooms & broccoli.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes over medium high.

  7. Add Roasted Garlic, Spinach, & Corn.

  8. Add in all the seasonings.

  9. Bring heat to medium.

  10. Add butter and flour and stir.

  11. Add heavy cream.

  12. Add parmesan cheese when it starts to bubble.

  13. Take off heat and add to a 9x13 baking dish.

  14. Top with Mozzarella cheese.

  15. Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  16. Broil 5-8 minutes on High.

  17. Take it out of the oven & let it cool.

  18. Serve and Enjoy! :)
