Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

8-10
Ingredients:
Sauce:
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
32 oz Heavy Cream
1 Cup Parm Cheese
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Pink Salt
Chicken:
4 lbs Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
2 Tsp Pink Salt
1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1 Tsp Parsley
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
Pasta:14 Cooked Lasagna Noodles
4 Cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup chopped Parsley
Instructions:
Boil Lasagna noodles in salted water W/ oil until noodles are Al dente.
Season your chicken
Add 3 Tbsp of olive oil to a pan over medium high heat & cook chicken until lightly browned on both sides and reaches internal temp of 165 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Take chicken off of heat and make your sauce in the same pan.
Make roux W/ Butter & Flour. Slowly whisk in Heavy Cream. Add Cheese when cream starts to boil. Than Add seasonings.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer in the following order. Sauce (enough to make the first layer), 7 noodles, chicken, sauce, than 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, the rest of the noodles, the rest of the sauce, the remaining 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the lasagna
Broil 5-10 minutes until cheese browns.
Let cool & serve
